I hadn’t been home to Nova Scotia since 2012, so saying it was overdue was somewhat of an understatement. You can’t say enough good things about the East Coast of Canada and the special people that live there, and having the opportunity to relax and spend time with my family is priceless.
After a few solid days of reunion activities we always wind things down on the Sunday with as many of the family as possible going to church with Nana. This year we decided to take some family pictures with Nana and her kids (my aunts and uncles) right after the Sunday service.
